All sales are final once access is delivered. Because our products are digital and accessible immediately, we do not offer refunds except where required by law.

Exceptions we will help with

  • Non-delivery due to technical issues (we will re-send access)

  • Duplicate charge (we will refund the duplicate)

  • Mis-charge due to a processing error
