NDS Enterprises LLC provides educational content, digital toolkits, templates, workshops, and related materials across our brands listed above.

Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, NDS will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages. Our aggregate liability related to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold NDS harmless from claims arising out of your use of the Services or your breach of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflicts principles. Exclusive venue lies in the state or federal courts located in Virginia.
We may suspend or terminate access for any breach. Provisions that, by nature, should survive termination will survive (e.g., IP, disclaimers, limitations).
